About The Position:
- Deliver high-quality eye care services, including lens dispensing and frame selection.
- Build strong relationships with patients and customers to ensure repeat business.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Contribute to store opening and closing procedures, ensuring seamless operations.
About The Individual:
- At least 1 year of experience in optical or 2+ years in retail sales, preferably with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience with store operations, including opening/closing duties.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and effective communication skills are essential.
- Able to build trust, respect, and positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and friendly demeanor is required.
