Job Overview

DAB-Jones Lang LaSalle (NSW) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice to the leadership team and managing client relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team to ensure effective forecast and budget management in line with contractual requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service across the region.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the regional finance team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for both clients and JLL.
  • Invoice Processing and Payment: Manage invoice processing and payment to ensure timely and accurate payments to clients and suppliers.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audits to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • 10 Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-formal finance qualification experience (CA, CPA).
  • Real Estate Finance Experience: Prior experience in real estate finance or a related field, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong Financial Management Skills: Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building trusting and productive cross-regional and cross-functional relationships.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
