Job Role: National Discipline Lead
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our national transport planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the national transport planning team, providing technical direction and mentorship;
- Project Director or Project Manager on large-scale transport planning assignments;
- Provide technical advice to support clients in addressing transport challenges;
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and success;
- Contribute to the wider business unit's strategy and achievement of targets.
- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- Membership of industry bodies (e.g. AITPM);
- Previous consulting experience with a strong client delivery record;
- Established client and industry networks;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to lead multi-discipline project teams;
- Demonstrated thought leadership.
