Home Sales Associate

As a Home Sales Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers navigating the home-building process. Your goal is to build trust and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and sell home packages, including contract homes and house and land packages.
  • Generate leads through display home engagement and follow up to convert interest into sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Prior experience in residential sales or knowledge of construction/home building is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is highly regarded.
