**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced
**Sales Associate **to join our team at our

Reporting to the Sales Manager QLD, this role will:

- manage, update and maintain our Salesforce CRM database
- provide **administrative support** to the Sales Consultant to ensure the smooth operation of the Harmony sales office
- prepare price lists, process signed contracts, handle deposits, etc.
- assist the Marketing team with onsite marketing initiatives or events as required
- contribute to the **analysis of local competitor activity** at monthly PCG meetings
- maintain **high standards of sales centre presentation** at all times
- support continuous improvement projects to help deliver operational efficiencies as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in a sales admin and/or customer service role
- **Must have a current QLD Real Estate Sales Certificate**:

- Strong customer service skills and a drive for results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM database experience (desirable but not essential).
- Superior planning, organisational and problem solving skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
