Job Overview:

The role of the Change Manager is pivotal in driving organizational transformation. Effective change management strategies are crucial for successful project delivery, stakeholder engagement and benefits realization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored change management plans that maximize adoption while minimizing resistance.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication and training activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address change impacts.
  • Plan and deliver training initiatives to enhance employee readiness and adoption.
  • Monitor and report on change readiness metrics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Synthesize change management principles into project governance frameworks.
  • Embody a culture of change agility and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Embed change management best practices into project planning and delivery processes.
  • Contribute to project scoping by identifying change impacts and stakeholder needs early in the lifecycle.
  • Support the development of project artefacts such as Communication Plans and Training Plans.
  • Participate in project health checks and governance reviews to ensure proactive change risk management.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5 Years experience in change management roles
  • Proven track record of leading change management initiatives within complex projects environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci) and their practical application.
  • Change management certifications (e.g. Prosci).
  • Desirable: Relevant industry knowledge and experience working in aged care, healthcare or regulated environments.
