Our establishment is seeking a highly skilled Lead Bar Server to provide exceptional service and lead our beverage team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in mixing and serving a variety of beverages. They will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, as well as managing cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience as a bartender, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
  • A valid RSA certificate.
  • Availability to work weekends and high-pressure situations.
