**Bar Team Leader Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bar Team Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in bar management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of bartenders and servers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards are met.

You will also be involved in inventory management, stock control, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the venue.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of bartenders and servers to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in bar management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Australian work authorization
