About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail & Marketing Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement and driving sales through social media, newsletter content, and exceptional in-store service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging social media content that resonates with our audience
  • Design and send monthly newsletters that showcase our products and services
  • Maintain our website to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Assist customers with retail sales and product recommendations
  • Handle reservations and inquiries with professionalism
  • Keep our retail space organized and visually appealing
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Experience in social media and email marketing to create compelling content
  • Customer service or retail background is highly desirable
  • A passion for scuba diving and marine life is a plus
  • A valid driving license is required
  • PADI Rescue Diver certification or higher is preferred
