Job Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for maintaining high standards of education and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Training Management: Ensure all aspects of PADI training adhere to agreed PADI & NSW Worksafe Standards.
  • Mentorship: Guide instructors to enhance performance and adherence to Dive Centre procedures.
  • Course Scheduling: Collaborate with the Retail Manager to ensure effective scheduling and smooth running of courses.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain facilities, equipment, and software.

Priorities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Procedure Adherence: Adhere to PADI procedures.
  • Retail Promotion: Promote retail sales through training programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years as a PADI Instructor.
  • Desire to become PADI Course Director.
  • Full working rights for Australia.
