Marketing and Sales Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Sales professional to join our team in Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Located just a 24-minute ferry ride from the city, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a world-class destination.

Our team provides a complete range of snorkel & dive gear, courses from beginner to instructor level, including Sydney's renowned Learn to Dive course.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
  • Design and send regular newsletters to maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Ensure the website is up-to-date with relevant information
  • Assist customers with product recommendations and retail sales
  • Handle inquiries with a high level of customer service
  • Maintain a visually appealing retail space

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in social media and email marketing
  • Customer service or retail background is highly valued
  • A passion for scuba diving and marine life is essential
  • A valid driving license is required
  • PADI Rescue Diver or higher is preferred
