About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Physical Education Director to join our Junior School team at Scotch College. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering an engaging and dynamic Physical Education program that promotes the physical and emotional growth of primary aged boys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality Physical Education programs that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum initiatives that promote student excellence
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters student well-being
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a positive school culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding Physical Education programs in a primary school setting
  • Expertise in curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • A passion for promoting student well-being and safety
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in Physical Education
