Operations Supervisor Job Description

About the Role:

This Operations Supervisor will lead and support the VIC operations team to deliver outstanding results. They will ensure service levels, compliance, and quality standards are met every single time.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with drivers, clients, and hospitals
  • Solve operational challenges quickly and effectively
  • Contribute to compliance, performance reporting, and process improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations supervision – ideally in logistics or transport
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and compliance obligations
