About This Role

We are seeking a quality assurance professional to join our team. As a Quality Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing specialist medical reports to deliver high-quality, timely, and independent medical opinions to our customers.

Key responsibilities include reviewing specialist medical reports, working closely with peers, client services operations, customers, and consultants to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity in reports for effective decision-making.

You will also ensure all legislative and customer compliance requirements are met prior to a report being released, troubleshoot and escalate as required inaccurate, deficient, or incomplete reports, and discuss with referrers and/or consultants to resolve all issues that need to be addressed.

Key Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Establish and maintain highly professional and positive relationships with consultants, and where applicable their practice manager, to achieve report quality and timeliness standards.
  • Complete establish and maintain highly professional and positive customer relationships to provide a positive customer experience and a high standard of customer service.
  • Liaise with referrers on report requirement clarifications and report delivery status as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in personal injuries insurance, clinical practice, allied health, or other quality assurance roles is required.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and ability to learn Practice Manager Operating Systems are necessary.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and make critical judgment calls is essential.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage high report volumes are required.
  • The ability to balance quality, speed, and accuracy is crucial.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas are desired.
  • A genuine passion for providing exemplary customer service is expected.
