We are seeking a skilled Administrative Officer to join our team on a casual basis. As an Administrative Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support and customer service to the public, health professionals, and patients within our health service.

About the Role:

The Collinsville Multi-Purpose Health Service is located in the Whitsunday Regional Shire, approximately 86 kilometres southwest of Bowen. The health service consists of hospital services, an Aged Care Area, and Community Health with a private Doctor's surgery.

  • To provide high-quality and confidential administrative support and customer service;
  • To work collaboratively with other departments to achieve goals and objectives;
  • To maintain accurate records and files;
  • To perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and providing information to clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of organisation and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
