Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for attending to various maintenance requests around the village, carrying out preventative maintenance tasks, liaising with your fellow maintenance team to ensure projects undertaken are completed to a high standard, and using our system app to log, track and record the progress of jobs completed.

Key Responsibilities:- Attend to various maintenance requests around the village (basic domestic repair tasks)
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks (e.g pool checks, high-pressure cleaning, smoke alarm checks and bins etc.)
- Liaise with your fellow maintenance team to ensure projects undertaken are completed to a high standard
- Use our system app to log, track and record the progress of jobs completed
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical skills and knowledge
