Job Opportunity
An experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner is needed to join our professional and friendly team in Shepparton.
We require an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner who has a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients and their families/carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning
- Identify meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
- Develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
- Ensure individual plans reflect client goals, passions and strengths
- Build knowledge, capacity and strengths of those supporting our clients - family, carers, friends etc

Requirements
- Current suitability with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Demonstrated ability to work positively in a multidisciplinary team
- Outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Confident computer skills
- Flawless writing skills
- Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
Qualifications
- Degree level qualifications of relevance to providing supports to people with behaviours of concern are highly preferred
