Dynamic Speech Pathologist Opportunity in Ballarat

About the Role:
- We're seeking a full-time or part-time speech pathologist to join our team in Ballarat and surrounding areas.
This position is ideal if you're passionate about delivering life-changing speech pathology services and have a commitment to personal and professional development.
Your Everyday:
- As a speech pathologist at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same.
- You'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
- You'll utilize evidence-based measurement tools and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology services.
- You'll work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
- You'll build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
- You'll attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary Package: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance bonuses.

- SPA Registration
