Job Overview:
About The RoleThis full-time or part-time position involves providing life-changing speech pathology services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants in Ballarat and surrounding areas. As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, create therapy plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to support them in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop therapy plans for NDIS participants with communication and swallowing disorders
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to facilitate effective communication and support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration
