Job Description

This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals to drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the solicitation of gifts, cultivation and stewardship of a portfolio of donors giving at a high value, and for managing the associated research, reporting and administration.

Key responsibilities include developing high touch, creative and bespoke relationship-focused fundraising activities, strengthening a journey of change within the Philanthropy team, and contributing to discussions and collaborations with the broader Engagement department.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and steward a portfolio of donors giving at a high value
  • Manage research, reporting and administration associated with fundraising activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in relationship or campaign fundraising, knowledge of broad fundraising principles and industry practices, and demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, are also essential for this role.
