We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering pump solutions to major EPCM, Owners, Contractors, and associated companies across WA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering or Fitting, with good knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, rotating equipment, valves, or similar type experience. You will also have experience in sales to SME and major businesses, with a proven ability to business develop both existing and new clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to up-sell the company's products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical engineering or fitting background.
- Good knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, rotating equipment, valves, or similar type experience.
- Experience in sales to SME and major businesses.
- Ability to business develop both existing and new clientele.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Tenacious and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to travel as and when required.
- Strong aptitude of modern networking and social media tools.
- Good knowledge of the WA market place.
What We Offer:
- Salary up to $80,000 + $12,000 car allowance + laptop, mobile phone, etc.
