About the Role:
  • We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our dietetics team in acute and palliative care services at Auburn Hospital.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled leader to champion quality improvement in dietetics and patient outcomes, working collaboratively with a committed healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a high-performing team of nutrition and dietetics professionals in Acute and Supportive and Palliative Care services
  2. Provide guidance and line management of staff, including clinical supervision and support
  3. Manage specific projects, assist with accreditation, and consult on issues related to nutrition
  4. Supervise dietetics staff and students, plan, and evaluate current and new services
  5. Develop and review policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as Evidence-Based Practice implementation
  6. Drive quality improvement initiatives and projects, while maintaining a clinical load
