About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Educator to join our team at YMCA NSW. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our Out-of-School-Hours (OSHC) services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engaging and interactive activities for primary school-age children
  • Help design and implement a calendar of inclusive and exciting program activities
  • Work closely with children, parents, and teachers to provide meaningful opportunities for young people
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of children
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our services.

As a Casual Educator, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, and to develop your skills and knowledge in a range of areas, including child development, education, and community engagement.
