We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for our children to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and belonging
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the safety and well-being of our children
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
