Sales Associate Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a Sales Associate position. This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences by engaging with customers and responding to their queries.
About the Job:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital part in ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized. You will also be responsible for assisting customers with selecting products and answering questions about different types of liquor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs
- Assist customers with product selection and provide information about liquor products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment as part of a team
- Perform moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg and restock high shelves
- Meet the requirements of our RSA certification
Requirements:
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Knowledge of liquor products and ability to share this knowledge with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
