Job Title: Navigator/Scheduler
The role of a Navigator Scheduler is to serve as the initial point of contact for staff, clients, and stakeholders. This involves handling inquiries, complaints, troubleshooting, and providing information in an efficient and empathetic manner.
This position plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and advocating for the organization's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage first-point-of-contact services for internal and external inquiries regarding HammondCare At Home services.
- Respond to inquiries, requests, problems, and complaints accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills with limited supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Commitment to customer service excellence and conflict resolution.
Relationship building, active listening, and empathy skills.
Ability to record and maintain accurate information in a paperless environment.
Proficiency in computer skills, including database management and MS Office.
Knowledge of Home Care Packages Program Guidelines and Standards.
Relevant qualification (e.g., Business Admin, Communications, IT) or working towards one (Desirable).
