Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

This position plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality customer service, relevant information, and linking incoming calls to the most appropriate staff member in an effective and efficient manner. The incumbent will be responsible for handling complaints, troubleshooting problems, and providing information to customers.
