We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Career Navigator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals through their return-to-work journey, providing ongoing support and expert guidance.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to injured workers and employers, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Manage a portfolio of worker's compensation claims, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective case plans, driving end-to-end outcomes for clients.

About You:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate sectors, is highly desirable.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service, exceeding client expectations whenever possible.
  • The ability to multitask, adjust priorities as needed, and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
