About the RoleAs an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader who takes charge during shifts and ensures an exceptional customer service experience. You'll be responsible for team supervision, recruitment, standards management, ordering stock, banking, opening/closing the restaurant, and training and coaching your team.
About YouWe're looking for someone with loads of energy and a great passion for delivering high-quality food and services. Ideally, you'll be an exceptional leader with experience in managing business operations in a shift work environment and a proven track record of building and motivating a team.
