As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in leading our front-of-house operations and ensuring that our guests have an amazing time with us.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team**: As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a large team of enthusiastic team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality food products.
- **Drive Sales and Customer Satisfaction**: You'll focus on driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by implementing effective sales strategies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- **Develop and Implement Operational Processes**: You'll work closely with our Restaurant Manager to develop and implement operational processes that drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- **Coach and Develop Team Members**: You'll provide coaching and development opportunities to your team members to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- **Maintain Compliance and Quality Standards**: You'll ensure that our restaurant maintains high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, and that all operational processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.
**What We're Looking For**
- **Previous Leadership Experience**: You'll have previous leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
