Job Title: Senior Executive - Relationship & Business Performance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to join our City Business Operations team. This role involves leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer experience (CX) and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in leading large teams and implementing process improvements. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance CX, improving order fulfillment efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve CX, including enhancing order fulfillment efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional CX and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and improving CX.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
