Senior Medical Imaging Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee service escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze system uptime reports and present findings to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to business growth.

  • Demonstrated experience in a service-focused environment with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proven leadership track record in technical teams prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Able to coach, mentor, and engage individuals at all levels, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Confidence in handling challenging conversations and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel as required, with Australian working rights.
