Our Medical Imaging team based in North Lakes are on the lookout for a Casual Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. Our Lumus Imaging clinic provides a wide range ofradiology services to patients including X Rays, CT Scan's, Ultrasounds, MRI, Nuc Med, Womens imaging & BMD.
As a casual team member you will provide coverage for unplanned and holiday leave across our Reception teams in our North Lakes, Murrumba Downs, Peninsula clinics. This position is responsible for managing both in person and phone/computer based service to patients and practitioners, being able to multitask and provide high attention to detail is essential.
Working hours will be across 7.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays, as this is a Casual support role there are no set days for this postion.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone callsMake radiology exam bookingsGeneral Clerical DutiesPatient record management with exceptional data entry skillsLiaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous mannerMedicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
