The Financial Transformation Leader will be instrumental in shaping a future-ready finance capability that supports the growth and operational excellence of the organisation.

  • Lead end-to-end financial transformation, embedding automation, analytics, and streamlined processes
  • Drive cash flow and build robust forecasting, budgeting, and planning frameworks
  • Refine team structures and performance metrics for scalability
  • Collaborate on cost analysis and pricing strategies to guide profitability
  • Manage monthly reporting cycles, statutory obligations, and audit readiness
  • Partner with executive and operational leaders to deliver insights and influence strategic decisions
  • Ensure compliance and precision across all regulatory and reporting activities
  • Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a CA/CPA qualified professional with experience in finance leadership, ideally within agriculture or FMCG.
