- Dismantle and repair mechanical components, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance, using analytical skills to identify potential issues.
- Assemble and modify mechanical assemblies, applying knowledge of engineering principles to deliver high-quality results.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, making any necessary adjustments.
Responsibilities:
- Possess GCSE grade 4 or equivalent in Maths, English, Science, and a technical subject, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge.
- Develop an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Display a desire to progress and build a long-term career in engineering, taking on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Apply accuracy, attention to detail, and good literacy and numeracy skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
