About the Role

Cover-More Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting with job postings and candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple departments
  • Manage candidate communication, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback
  • Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Support the onboarding process by assisting with background checks, reference verification, and preparing new hire paperwork
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for a 6-month contract
