Senior Functional Architect

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving functional area engagements forward. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic guidance and leadership on high-profile projects.
This position requires you to oversee multiple concurrent Workday functional area implementations. You will ensure timely delivery and exceptional results through collaborative workshops and client confirmation sessions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday implementations from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Workday Certification.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading Workday implementations.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong understanding of Workday implementations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
