Functional Solutions Architect for Small Projects

This role requires an experienced professional who can work closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions on small projects arising from managed services activities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing solution advisory/solution architect roles in the analysis phase of D365 Projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Solution Advisory/Solution Architect: Act as Functional Solution Architect (FSA) on small projects that arise through the natural course of managed services activities.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct BPA workshops and perform Fit/Gap analysis to ensure accurate project estimates and resource allocation.
- Project Management: Ensure processes are in place for testing and issue resolution, specifically around functional architecture and integration points of the implementation.
- Quality Assurance: Finalize and sign-off on functional specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans to guarantee successful project delivery.
- Training and Support: Ensure training covers all relevant topics allowing clients to successfully use and maintain the application.
- Escalation Point: Act as escalation point for all support issues during and after a project.
- Team Collaboration: Share best practices with the team, improve methodology as needed, and adhere to company standards.
