As an Airport Passenger Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to passengers with reduced mobility. This involves assisting and guiding customers throughout their journey at the airport, ensuring they arrive safely and on time.
- Responsibilities include pushing passengers in wheelchairs, completing relevant documentation, providing accurate information, and operating lifting devices to assist wheelchair passengers.
- You will also be required to assist passengers transferring from wheelchairs back to personal devices and vice versa, as well as helping customers maneuver luggage from the baggage belt onto a trolley.
- Additional duties include collecting and storing equipment such as wheelchairs and E-Caddies, and assisting customers in finding family or friends who are collecting them at a drop-off point within the airport boundaries.
