Customer Experience Specialist

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist in Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company that's changing the way people see the world and how the world sees them.

The successful candidate will have previous customer experience in retail or hospitality, and a passion for providing outstanding service. They'll also be eager to learn and develop their skills in optics and eyewear.

In this role, you'll be part of a tight-knit team that's committed to your engagement and development. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues, management, optometrists, and support office teams to deliver excellent results through excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility across weekdays and weekends, and be passionate about creating amazing customer experiences and solving eyecare and eyewear needs.
