Lead a Team of Educators
The Centre Manager will be responsible for leading a team of educators who share their passion for early childhood education.
The role involves building strong relationships within the local community, taking on challenges, and driving quality practices in line with national standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operations
- Compliance to industry laws and regulations
- Staffing and rosters
- Oversight of centre curriculum based on the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
- Mentoring and guiding staff in line with our service philosophy
- Liaising with stakeholders, clients, and the local community
Requirements:
- Diploma of Early Childhood and Care or ACECQA recognised equivalent
- Strong leadership experience and skills
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Working With Children Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- National Police Clearance
- HLTAID004 First Aid
As part of your role, you will be working with young children and those who are vulnerable. It is your obligation to ensure their safety and report any concerns in line with our duty of care obligations.
