Direct to Consumer Wine Marketing Lead

The role of Direct to Consumer Marketing Specialist is focused on enhancing direct-to-consumer activity and visitation marketing across the three premium wine estate cellar doors in South Australia.

A key objective of this position is to drive elevated engagement through various channels, including membership and database management, CRM and CMS management, member event strategy and promotion, end-to-end wine club activities, telesales campaigns, and digital media initiatives.

Key skills required for this role include demonstrated experience managing direct marketing campaigns, previous use of website content management systems, knowledge of customer journeys and Google Analytics, experience with performance media campaigns, strong communication skills, self-starter mentality, and ability to manage and drive campaigns.

The successful candidate will be a fun, outgoing, and optimistic individual with a strong stakeholder management skillset and preferably experience within the wine industry. The role requires occasional work outside regular hours for special events.
