
Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience management, with a proven track record of success in driving customer-centric initiatives. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience strategies that meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing customer experience strategies that align with business objectives
- Leading cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience initiatives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify customer pain points and develop solutions
- Analyzing customer data and feedback to inform customer experience strategies
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer experience, we encourage you to apply.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years' experience in customer experience management
- Strong background in energy billing within the Australian energy market
- Experience with Orion billing system (Agility energy billing product) and BilliT
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
