About the Role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage switchboard and respond to incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide superior customer service to client teams and ensure a fantastic experience within the office
- Perform general administrative duties, including restocking consumables, distributing packages and mail, and tracking system activities
- Maintain facilities requests, including raising purchase orders, maintenance, inspection, and service logs
- Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary using the visitor registration system
- Maintain the appearance of reception, lobby, meeting rooms, and other common areas
Requirements
- Experience supporting a workplace, facilities, or office management team within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proactive, adaptive, and able to multitask
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
