We're seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at businessDEPOT. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you'll be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and managing calendars to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our front-of-house area, including meeting rooms and the communal kitchen.
  • Managing mail, arranging couriers, and directing new client enquiries to our Concierge.
  • Assisting with office maintenance, plant care, and general support to ensure a great experience for everyone.
  • Managing office supplies, printing, scanning, filing, and keeping our databases up to date.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and being the go-to person for anything and everything.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly and approachable, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Organized and tidy, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Proactive and able to solve problems independently.
  • Well-presented and professional, with a positive attitude and a love of getting involved.
