Event Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Event Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating food truck events, allocating spaces, interacting with members, and managing function bookings.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask with a high attention to detail. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth event operations and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in events management or hospitality and at least 2 years of experience in the industry. They must be able to work independently and as part of a small team, using their own initiative and judgment when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate food truck events and allocate spaces
  • Interact with members and respond to enquiries
  • Manage function bookings and coordinate logistics
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth event operations

Requirements:
