The Birria Spot (Food Truck)

**Position**: Food Truck Team Member (Birria Tacos & Mexican Street Food)
**Location**: Brisbane, QLD (Mobile Food Truck)

Key Responsibilities

Depending on role and skills, duties may include:
**Kitchen & Food Prep**
- Cook birria, tacos, and other menu items to a high standard.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices (temperature checks, storage, cleaning).
- Assist with prep work (salsas, garnishes, tortillas, etc.).

**Customer Service**
- Take orders with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
- Handle payments (cash & EFTPOS).
- Provide quick, efficient service even during busy periods.

**General Operations**
- Set up and pack down the food truck for events and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck.
- Work as part of a small, tight-knit team to deliver great customer experiences.

Skills & Experience
- Previous hospitality or food truck experience is a bonus (but not required we can train the right person).
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
- Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
- Manual driver's license an advantage (for truck movement, not essential).
