Project Development Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global professional services company that leads through engineering, architecture, and construction expertise.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, experience in a multidisciplinary project delivery environment, and strong communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Project/Study/Area Manager and Engineering Manager with project management across HSE, scope, cost, schedule, and risk management.
  • Assist with planning, preparation, and coordination of proposal documentation and responses.
  • Coordinate and compile technical reports to clients, following client guidelines.
  • Contribute to technical decisions and solutions by addressing queries and responding to information requests.
  • Perform site inspections and prepare site surveillance reports, if required.
  • Oversee design, documentation, and construction support activities across all phases.
  • Assess project risks and understand associated contingencies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between discipline engineers to ensure timely completion of designs.
  • Be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive management of project scope and resources.
