Development Manager Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead projects from conception to delivery, leveraging expertise in project management and development.

  • Oversee project tasks including consultant and authority coordination and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with the team on land subdivisions new works and land preparation initiatives.
  • Guide the entire project lifecycle from project definition to successful project delivery.
  • Manage contractors and consultants fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Select and engage a consulting team encompassing Engineers Town Planners and other specialists as required.
  • Implement robust project management practices including budgeting tendering and contract negotiations while effectively managing contractual risk.
  • Provide oversight during the approval process addressing any additional information requests or amendments.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Construction Town Planning Engineering or other relevant degree.
  • Possess a passion for property and a desire to commit to the company long term and build a career.
  • Experience in built form property development will be highly regarded.
  • Established relationships with Government & Consultants.
  • Experience working on projects from approval through to delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with internal & external stakeholders.
