Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and physically fit individual to join our cleaning and trolley collection team as a Team Member. As a key member of our Proactive Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are clean and well-maintained, allowing customers to shop in a safe and hygienic environment.

  • You will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms, as well as emptying bins.
  • You will collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas, working collaboratively with your team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • You will work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs, utilizing a range of equipment and tools to ensure efficient and effective results.
  • You may also be required to assist customers in store by answering questions or providing directions.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess physical fitness, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Physical ability to handle demanding tasks, lifting loads between 5-10kgs, and standing for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and late nights, including weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Salary and Benefits

This is a part-time opportunity, with flexibility to work up to 20 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and location. As a Team Member, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
